Russell 3000 Index: U.S. Financial Sector Gains Since Passage of Reform Bill

The financial services sector of the U.S. broad-market Russell 3000(R) Index outperformed six other sectors in one-day returns two of the three days since the U.S. government passed the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
